Dear Colleague,

Please distribute widely.

We are really looking forward to this conference since the tracks received are exciting, relevant and interesting. We are now ready to receive contributions.

Can you please promote the conference through your networks. Below (at the bottom of this email) is the wording for the call for papers (CfP) and you are welcome to add relevant content more specific to your track to the wording. The CfP is also attached to this email.

Your further involvement is to assist with the review process. We will appreciate it if you can provide us with three to four names of appropriate reviewers for your track. We expect that the bulk of submissions will be non-scientific, which means that the scientific part of the conference will probably be small. In order to be an accredited conference we will implement a double-blind review process by two reviewers for each scientific submission.

Please contact us if you need any further information.
